Lucy commenced working with NT Friendship & Support in 2017, and before her appointment, had worked extensively with people with a disability, marginalised groups and at-risk young people.

 

She has demonstrated experience in leadership roles across a number of non-government organisations.

 

While Lucy originally fairs from Central Victoria, she now calls the Territory home.

Prior to her commencement at NT Friendship & Support, Lucy worked as the Youth and Community Services Manager for YMCA Katherine (now YMCA of the Northern Territory), and prior to that headed up YMCA Victoria’s Community Development Unit as Director.

Lucy is passionate about social inclusion, human rights and restorative justice; and brings this passion into her day-to-day role, and when leading teams.
